Q: What does camp cost?
A: The cost for camp is $450.00 per week. (this includes a $150.00 non-refundable deposit).
Q: When do I have to pay my balance?
A: All balances must be paid by May 16.
Q: Can I pay some now and some later?
A: Yes, You can pay your $150 deposit now and your $300 balance later (before May 16).
Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I pay by check?

Q: Is there a "stayover fee" for kids staying over for another week of camp?
A: There is a $25.00 "stayover fee" for kids that stay over for another week. This includes 4 meals, housing and laundry service.
Q: Is the Shopping Cart Website safe to order from?
A: Absolutely! Our web site is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
Q: What if I need to cancel a week?
A: Refund/Cancellation Policy of Az Soccer Camp LLC Please note that we plan our staffing needs according to registrations in order to provide a safe, structured atmosphere for our campers.
Your registration fee includes a $150 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel BEFORE mid-night, May 16, your registration fee will be mailed back to you minus the $150 deposit. This refund will be in the form of a check.
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to scott@azsoccercamp.com. In addition to emailing your request to execute our cancellation/refund policy, you may call Scott Segerson at 480-217-4095. If you find somebody to register for Az Soccer Camp (of the same gender and general age of your son/daughter) your entire registration fee will be refunded no matter what date you registered. Please contact Scott Segerson if this is the case. Please note: No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal during camp, withdrawal because of illness/injury, no shows, or the expulsion from camp.
Q: I am registering several kids. Which link should I use?
A: The registration links are set up for 1 - 3 kids. It assumes there is one mother (with her info) and one father (with his info) basically 2 adresses per family.
If you are registering kids of different families, it is better to register them seperately. For instance: If you have 2 kids that live at your address and 2 kids that live at another address it would be better to use the "register 2 campers" link. Just do that twice. The camper registration is seperate from the Shopping Cart, so you can still pay for all of them at the same time. (Just make sure you have filled out the registration forms for the kids.)
Q: I have more than one kid and weeks to register. Is there a smaller amount than the $300 that I can pay?
A: Yes. We prefer that you pay the $150 non-refundable deposit and then the $300 balance. If this is a challenge for you, after paying your $150 non-refundable deposit(s) you can "split" your balance(s) by purchasing the $150 deposits when you can. Between now and May 16 you could purchase 2 x $150 "deposits" = 300 balance or 4 x $150 "deposits" = 600 balance.
Q: What is your Privacy Policy? Is my information safe?
A: Az Soccer Camp, LLC takes your privacy (and that of your child) very seriously. We will protect your privacy and keep your personal information safe. We use powerful encryption and other security safeguards to protect customer data. We will not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. Az Soccer Camp LLC, at your discretion, collects personally identifiable information ("PII" -- that is, information such as your full name, email address, mailing address or telephone number) only in order to create or enhance our relationship with you and to secure registration to the camp. When we collect PII from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting the information to us in order to have your child participate in activities provided by AZ Soccer Camp, LLC.
