Q: What does camp cost?  
   A: The cost for camp is $585.00 per week per child. (this includes a $150.00 non-refundable deposit).

Q: When do I have to pay my balance?
  A: All balances must be paid by May 15.

Q: Can I pay some now and some later?
  A: Yes, You can pay your $150 deposit now and your $435 balance in whatever payment amounts work best for you throughout the year but before May 15.

Q: I chose a week and entered some information but nothing happened?
  A: To the right you will see your cart. Click the continue button located there..

Q: Why can't  I add a waitlist session to my current order?
  A: Not sure, but it may be that you haven't cleared your browser? If you do have any trouble, go ahead and place the order for the open week then email us and we'll add you to the waitlist.

Q: What if I did not receive a registration confirmation email ?
  A: Here are some reasons why you did not receive an email. (Please contact us if you cannot find it.)
  1. It is in your bulk or spam folder
  2. It might have been blocked (especially work email addresses).
. 3. There may have been a glitch in your browser when you submitted your order..
  4. You might have accidently made a typo when entering your email address.

Hundreds of people sign up with no problems. You should receive a registration email after successfully registering, however, please let us know if you can't find it or are unsure that it went through.

Q: What if I have trouble with the Active system?
  A: Try clearing your browser's cache. (You can google it if you're not sure how to) This helps in most cases. You could also try another browser. If you are trying to register at work, they may have blocks in place to restrict you. Feel free to contact us or you can call the active network support line.

Q: What if I don't see last years information in my account?
   A: You or your spouse may have registered this year using a different email address.
        In the future, Active Network will be able to combine emails addresses to the same family.
        If you need info from last year and don't recall the email, just let us know.

Q: Can I add or change information that I already entered?
  A: Yes, just  log in to your account to make the changes.

Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I pay by check?
  A: Yes, you can. Click on the "Make another payment" tab for the address. Please contact Scott Segerson at scott@azsoccercamp.com or call him at (480) 217-4095 to make arrangements.

Q: What if I need to cancel a week?
   A: Refund/Cancellation Policy of Az Soccer Camp, LLC

Please note that we plan our staffing needs according to registrations in order to provide a safe, structured atmosphere for our campers. Your registration fee includes a $150 non-refundable “deposit” per week, per child.

~Campers may transfer to an alternate session, if space permits, without penalty.

 ~ If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation must be received in writing to scott@azsoccercamp.com before mid-night, May 15th.

~ If you cancel BEFORE mid-night, May 15, your registration fee will refunded – minus the $150 deposit*.  Your refund, minus the $30 cancellation fee, will be a credit card refund or may be in the form of a check written by Az Soccer Camp, LLC.

 * ( If there is a waiting list for the camp and someone is willing to take your spot in the camp, your registration fee may be refunded in full, minus the $30 cancellation fee, by credit card refund or by mailing you a check.)

 ~ If you cancel AFTER May 15th, refunds – minus the non-refundable deposit, are only provided for medical reasons.   You can fax a note from the doctor to 480-917-0569. 

 Other Information

~ During camp, no refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal, withdrawal because of illness/injury, no shows, or the expulsion from camp.

~ Registrations placed after May 15th must be paid in full – no deposits… unless other arrangements have been made with the Camp Director.

  A: Az Soccer Camp, LLC takes your privacy (and that of your child) very seriously. We will protect your privacy and keep your personal information safe. We use powerful encryption and other security safeguards to protect customer data. We will not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. Az Soccer Camp LLC, at your discretion, collects personally identifiable information ("PII" -- that is, information such as your full name, email address, mailing address or telephone number) only in order to create or enhance our relationship with you and to secure registration to the camp. When we collect PII from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting the information to us in order to have your child participate in activities provided by AZ Soccer Camp, LLC.
